Bargaining Unit Work
The Union has been made aware of Excluded Managers working in, or undertaking duties, belonging to Bargaining Unit positions.
The Union’s position is very clear on this matter. Bargaining Unit work should be conducted by Bargaining Unit Members.
If you believe an Excluded Manager has conducted Bargaining Unit duties in an inappropriate manner, please contact your Local Union Representative immediately and provide a detailed description of the incident for our review.
The Union will follow up on all reported incidents directly with the Company and if necessary, will grieve any violations to our protected work.
