HALL AWARD SETTLEMENT UPDATE
Brothers, Sisters Friends;
In our efforts to wrap up the Hall Award settlement:
- The Company agrees to pay 10 hour differential retroactively;
- The Company agrees to recalculate PTO and any adjustments will made to the employee’s time bank;
- The Company agrees to pay applicable differential kilometrage/travel time, and meal entitlements to employees working away from their regular POA;
- The Company agrees to pay any applicable missed allowances, per above. Claims must be submitted no later than April 15, 2021*
*All claims for missed allowances per above should be submitted through the normal pay query process.
