Guest and Boardroom Protocols

Key Points

1. Do not come to the Union Hall if you feel unwell and are showing symptoms of a communicable disease (e.g. fever or chills, coughing, diarrhea)
2. Inside the Union Hall a medical face mask is required in public spaces and proof of vaccination will be required for meetings. Guests are not permitted to travel freely throughout the building.
3. Where possible meetings will be held virtually.
4. Boardroom use must be requested through mailroom@bcfmwu.com and is subject to approval.
5. Guests in the Office and Boardroom Use:
   1. Guests in the office are required to sign in with reception.
   2. Masks are required in indoor spaces.
6. Hand Washing and Hygiene Etiquette:
   1. Sanitize hands upon entry.
   2. Do not touch your face with your hands.
   3. Sneeze/Cough into your sleeve.
   4. If you feel unwell while at the Union Hall, leave immediately.
7. Kitchen Use:
   1. The kitchen is not currently available for use by guests to the Union Hall.
