APPLICATION OF 5.02
UNDER PREVIOUS CSD LANGUAGE
LOU #10 AND GOING FORWARD
Brothers, Sisters and Comrades,
Upon ratification of the 2020 Bargaining there was a number of areas that required further examination, in this case Commercial Services Division (CSD) and the calculation of vacation pay. The parties have agreed to retain the 5.02 language from LOU #10 and will be renumbered in the 2020-2025 Collective Agreement. This is an important matter for the drivers and lead drivers in the Commercial Services Division providing superior entitlement. Any outstanding pay issues related to the application of 5.02 should be corrected by the payroll department no later than March 15, 2022. Once accurate payments have been confirmed the existing grievances will be considered resolved by the Union.
