To reset your password, please follow these steps (pay special attention to step 5):

1. Visit www.bcfmwu.com
2. Click on Member Login
3. Select Forgot Password
4. Follow the on-screen instructions and the steps provided in the email you’ll receive.
   (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.)
5. Once you’ve successfully reset your password, please return to www.bcfmwu.com to log in. Please ensure you’re not at app.bcfmwu.com as this is the admin portal.

Please note that your username is your email address.
