2025 Pre-Bargaining Survey
The Union is entering wage reopeners with the Company in January 2025. In 2023 and 2024 we heard directly from Union membership and because of your input made gains through the Dispute Resolution Panel.

No identifying information about you will be shared with the employer and the information will be used to weigh the impacts of this year’s wage increase and help determine areas of focus for next year’s increase.
